Campbell Meats sources all animals, dairy & produce from small, family owned and operated farms in the Hudson Valley. Our farmers are committed to using humane and sustainable methods, with the utmost respect for the life of their animals. All beef and lamb is 100% grass-fed, all pork is pastured and all poultry is free-range. We purchase only whole animals, which allow these small operations to raise animals in the correct way, yet remain profitable. Working with whole animals allows Campbell Meats to provide our customers with an unlimited variety of cuts. The quantity of some cuts is limited by the anatomy of the animal (i.e. there are only 2 flank steaks per steer)…so we highly encourage calling ahead if you have specific needs, or just come by the shop and ask one of our butchers for a recommendation!
